Per one legend, nabob Sadiq Muhammad Khan - IV had the palace created for his wife; but, she was solely there for one night, as she happened to appear at the conterminous burial ground from her balcony, and refused to stay there. The building was declared a “protected monument” in Sep 2001 by the government. of Pakistan's Department of social science, and it's presently open for general guests, student’s visits and totally different interested persons.
